If you're not sure which package suits you I'm here to guide you through the options, and if your project has any unique requirements I'll create a detailed proposal and quote. Once you're ready to make it official, you'll be prompted to review and sign the services agreement and submit a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Projects usually book 1-2 months ahead, with a 4-12 week timeline from your booked starting date, depending on the project scope and feedback times.

Once your project is officially booked you will receive your brand discovery questionnaire. This is where the magic begins. Your input, from brand questionnaires to style preferences, guides my design direction. Your completed questionnaire and Pinterest board are due a week before we kick off. This info shapes your brand's personality and sets the stage for the design strategy. We'll collaborate on a moodboard, refining it until it perfectly captures the vibe you're after.

Create & refine

Let the sketching and designing begin! I'll craft your logo concepts, explore fonts, and create a custom color palette, all reflecting your desired style. Two to three logo concepts will be sent for your feedback and we'll refine the chosen concept through up to three rounds of thoughtful revisions, ensuring everything is spot-on. Once the logo is a masterpiece, we roll out the remaining Branding Collateral.

Once you green-light all designs, the final payment seals the deal. Your logos and collateral will be delivered to your inbox in various formats along with a detailed Brand Guideline containing all your font and color information as well as detailed guidelines on how to use your new branding. Before we can kick off your branding project, there are a few key things we need from you. First and foremost, we'll need your completed design questionnaire, which will provide us with crucial details about your business.

You should have a clear understanding of your target audience, as well as your business. If you have a general idea of styles that you like or that appeal to your target audience, that's great. If not, at least knowing what you don't like can be a helpful starting point. And of course, we'll need your business name.

No, we do not offer printing services as part of our package. However, we understand the importance of having high-quality printed materials and are more than happy to recommend a reliable printer or manufacturer that can meet your needs. We want to ensure that both your online and offline materials represent your brand in the best possible way.

Yes, after the final payment has been paid, you will receive copyright and own all files and designs.

Upon the receipt of final payment, we will send you a link to download your designs. Your logo files will be delivered in four formats: PNG, PDF, SVG and EPS, in all colourways. Your stationery or custom packaging files, will be prepared for print and handed over as PDF or EPS files. We'll also keep a copy of your files in our archive in case you lose yours.

Every project has different round of refinements from 4 to unlimited. Additional revisions can be requested, but they are charged separately.
