If your website is already built on Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Canva or HTML5, I can edit, update, or fully refresh it for you on the same platform no need for a theme etc. This includes layout improvements, design refinements, content updates, and overall site optimization to enhance your brand and user experience. Yes! I offer a more extensive payment plan than most brand strategists and web designers.

The Intensives are broken down into 2 payments: the first is a non-refundable deposit to save your spot, and the last payment is due on the last day of your intensive. The Branding & Strategy Packages can be paid in up to 2 installments, with the first installment acting as your non-refundable deposit.

You are also welcome to pay ahead of schedule. I will send you all of your invoices up front, and work with you to choose the best payment option for you. I understand this is an investment, and I want to be as accommodating as possible.

This can vary, but a brand design package can take 3-4 weeks and a custom website can take about 4-5 weeks.

These vary on revisions, complexity and needs.

I personally prefer to work with you from the ground up, but I understand budget & timelines can be tricky. If you are wanting a slight logo tweak or help with a current website (design-only), I would recommend doing my VIP Design Day. This will allow you to get me for a full 8 hours to work on your design wishlist.

I offer template customization (HERE) and do prefer to start with a Ona Creative Studio template as I'm very well versed in how it's setup and organized. If you do have another template, I recommend reaching out, as an additional cost may be added..

At the beginning of the design process, I do a consultation with you to make sure our styles are on the same page and we will be able to collaborate together to create your brand. When you purchase a package you will pay a 1/4 or 1/3 non-refundable deposit, so if you feel we are not creating the design and look that you wanted to achieve you will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

This rarely happens and do my best to make sure we are a perfect fit!

However, we understand that sometimes you may need your project completed more quickly. If this is the case, please let us know in advance. We may be able to accommodate your project earlier in our schedule if the situation permits. In such cases, a rush fee may be added to your quote, depending on the deadline and complexity of the project. We're committed to meeting your needs while maintaining the highest quality of our work.

There are fees for the website hosting, domain purchasing, app fees and font licences and they are not included in our pricing.

Not every project ends up including those fees.
